About the Role:
We’re seeking a Panel Beater and Spray Painter with broad experience across all aspects of vehicle body repair and refinishing. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling everything from dent work and filler finishing to priming, colour matching, and polishing — an expert who can take a job from start to finish to a professional standard.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality panel beating, filler work, and body alignments
- Prepare, prime, and spray vehicles to manufacturer or custom finish standards
- Carry out colour matching, blending, and polishing
- Diagnose, assess, and plan repair work accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Ensure all work meets Collision Kings’ quality and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, professional workshop environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Panel Beater and Spray Painter
- Proven track record of high-quality finish and attention to detail
- Experience working on a wide range of vehicles (cars, vans, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage full repair jobs
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in workmanship
