Summary
We are seeking an Automotive paint Preparation Associate to join our team in Stafford. This role is vital in ensuring the application of coatings on automotive parts, contributing to our mission of excellence in automotive refinishing.
Responsibilities
Prepare automotive surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Apply primers when needed, using hand and power tools In a professional safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of preparation equipment .
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe workplace.
- Qualifications
- served time in this role.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in refinishing.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in automotive refinishing or painting & Polishing is preferred but not essential.
