We are a London-based provider of building and fabric MEP support solutions. We are a small but growing business with a close-knit team, where everyone plays an important part in help the company succeed. The Role
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who wants to join a friendly team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the company through the administration department.
Working closely with the Office Manager and wider team, the role will provide general administrative and project support across the business.
Responsibilites
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining job and project folders.
- Assisting with preparing quotes, pricing schedules and invoices where required.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain costs and information.
- Assisting with purchase orders and general purchasing administration.
- Booking works, site access and parking at client sites.
- Keeping project spreadsheets, trackers and labour information up to date.
- Assisting with project completion documents and general project administration.
- Helping the Marketing Manager gather project information, photographs and case studies for LinkedIn and the company website.
- Providing general support to the team and assisting with other reasonable requests as required.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and responding to emails where required.
Other duties may also include:
- Assisting the office manager with Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Assisting the Office Manager and Senior Management team with ISO accreditation documentation and compliance where required.
- Occasional site visits may also be required.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, friendly and keen to learn.
Previous office administration experience is not essential as training will be provided, however some office experience would be advantageous.
We would be looking for somebody with:
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Confidence using a computer and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- The ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- A friendly and helpful approach to working with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
