Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with household tasks such as organizing clutter, laundry, ironing and light meal preparation or cooking when needed.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service by listening to needs and addressing any specific requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent results.
- Support with additional tasks like grocery shopping, dog sitting or running errands to enhance their daily comfort.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Basic cooking skills are desirable to assist with light meal preparation or household support.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently
