We are seeking security staff to work alongside the core concierge team at a prestigious residential dwelling in Ealing to deliver a first class service.
The shift patterns are night shifts 19.00 - 07.00.
This role also offers the opportunity to work at other residential sites in central London as a concierge or security. There will also be opportunity to undertake additional shifts at the site as a day/night concierge or security.

We are company that works in the hospitality sector providing concierge, valet and security staff.
We are now recruiting for new team members to work at a prestigious residential unit primarily in Ealing. There is also the opportunity to work at other sites primarily as a concierge and also as security.
About the role:
- Carry out patrols across the site (security and health and safety) and report back findings to the concierge team and complete relevant reports
- Carry out concierge tasks as require alongside a concierge member of staff
- Responding to emails and entering details into spreadsheets
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
- Welcoming residents / visitors into the building
- Assisting residents and contractors
- Complete written reports in clear and concise English.
- Assisting with the resolution of health and safety issues. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
Available to cover shifts at short notice
Must be able to work with or without supervision.
Other related duties as assigned.

Have a up to date SIA license
A smart and professional appearance (the role involves wearing a black suit and white shirt and black tie with black shoes).

Job Types:
2-4 shifts a week
12 hours shifts 19.00 - 07.00 (nights)
(As noted above there is opportunities to work across other sites as a concierge or security).
Salary: £15/hour
