Job Title: Operator
Location: Tamworth
Hours of Work: 42 hours per week, 0600 - 1800 / 1800 - 0600 days and nights continental shift pattern.
Overview:
Packing of finished products for transport onto the warehouse. Assisting with technical roles on shift when skill level permits.
Responsible for:
- Packing and banding production as required by manufacturing plan
- Moving stillages through tunnel area
- Monitoring quality- inspecting measuring and recording
- Monitoring printer on line
- Assisting with run up by watching profile through haul off and saws
- Changing/ replenishing poly film as required
- Printing labels when required
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping at all times
- Completing of size changes
- Maintaining a health and safety working environment at all times, reporting defects as they arise
- Contributing effectively to your team
