BAR Manager – FULL TIME, PERMANENT
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum inc tronc

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or strong Head Bartender in a reputable restaurant, bar or hotel setting
· Strong cocktail, spirits, wine and classic drinks knowledge
· Confidence leading a bar team and setting high service standards
· Experience with stock control, ordering, wastage and maintaining GP awareness
· A warm, polished and guest-focused approach
· Clear communication and the ability to motivate, train and support the team
· Calm, organised and professional during busy services
· Strong attention to detail, from drink presentation to cleanliness and back-bar standards
· A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
· An interest in menu development, seasonal drinks, training and supplier relationships would be beneficial
