HGV Tipper & Grab Driver – Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £39,000–£42,000 per annum
Location: Thornbury, BS35 3UF
We are looking for skilled and reliable HGV Tipper & Grab Drivers to join our expanding team. Operating from our Thornbury depot, you will undertake a variety of daily jobs across the Bristol area, including the delivery and collection of materials such as site spoil, aggregates, and topsoil.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate both tipper and grab lorries safely and efficiently
- Complete daily deliveries and collections to/from various sites
- Transport materials including spoil, aggregates, and topsoil
- Follow job schedules while adapting to changing site requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, site staff, and office teams
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain high safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with tippers and/or grab lorries (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
- Valid CPC qualification is essential
