Key Responsibilities
- Manage export operations, documentation, schedules, and service coordination
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Monitor shipment updates, service requirements, and operational timelines
- Support quotations, records, commercial paperwork, and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service quality
- Maintain accurate operational records and client communication updates
- Ensure activities follow company policies and relevant export procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in export operations, international business, logistics, supplier coordination, or commercial services
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
- Experience handling trade documentation, supplier communication, or client service processes is an advantage

Pay: £44,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
