About the Role
Weilai Spicy Hotpot UK is seeking a hands-on Commercial Kitchen Technician to maintain and repair kitchen equipment and systems. The successful candidate will help ensure our commercial kitchen operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and equipment faults.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and urgent repairs.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Assist with equipment installation and commissioning.
- Ensure equipment meets operational and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience working with commercial kitchen or catering equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of electrical and workplace safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
