Graphic Designer
Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with a passion for social media to join our Corporate Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the marketing initiatives of all UK/EU hotels through engaging visual content, photography, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
-
Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media posts, and website content.

Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Assist in the design and production of promotional materials for hotel events, promotions, and special offers.

Ensure all designs are consistent with the Millennium Hotels and Resorts brand identity.

Social Media Support:
-
Capture high-quality photography and video content for social media channels, showcasing the unique offerings and experiences of our hotels.

Develop engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.

Coordinate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and timely content delivery.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

Collaboration:
-
Work closely with the Corporate Marketing team to support overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Liaise with hotel teams to gather content and ensure accurate representation of each property’s unique features.

Administrative Support:

Maintain an organized library of digital assets including photos, videos, and design files.

Assist in tracking the performance of social media campaigns and reporting on key metrics.

Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Basic photography and video editing skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.

Familiarity with animation and motion graphics.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
