We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes, including sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls, and other traditional Japanese delicacies. You will bring creativity and precision to the kitchen, ensuring the presentation, taste, and consistency of all dishes meet our standards of excellence. This role requires strong knife skills, knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
