The Role
No two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve their ambitions and develop essential life skills.
Your role will include:
- Supporting young people with education, employment and future aspirations
- Delivering meaningful keywork sessions and supporting personal development goals
- Encouraging independence and confidence in everyday life skills
- Supporting attendance at appointments and engaging with wider professional networks
- Building positive relationships while providing consistent guidance and encouragement
- Responding effectively to individual needs and changing circumstances
Shift Pattern (FT 2 on 4 off)
12:00pm – 12:30pm the following day
Including a sleep-in period from 11:00pm – 8:00am
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with young people
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area, or a willingness to work towards this
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their potential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
- The right to work in the UK (We are unable to offer Visa sponsorship)
