Summary
We are seeking a skilled, qualified Painter & Decorator to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality finishes of various properties. Your expertise will contribute significantly to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces with precision.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the duration of each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role in property maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and van is essential. We are not serviced by public transport.
- You must have your own transport - mileage will be paid.
This job may transfer to a permanent role based on performance, quality and being a great member of the team.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: £14.32-£21.18 per hour
