Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the spa team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality treatments and customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in massage techniques, skincare, makeup application, and customer interaction.
- Oversee daily scheduling, treatment protocols, and cleanliness standards to maintain a pristine and welcoming spa environment.
- Assist guests with personalised treatment consultations, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Manage inventory of spa products and equipment, ensuring availability for all treatments.
- Promote retail sales by recommending suitable products based on guest preferences and needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as a spa therapist with expertise in massage therapy and skincare
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Knowledge of health regulations related to spa operations is advantageous.
