The Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing vehicles, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and completing MOT failure work to a high standard. Responsibilities
Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tyre rotationsDiagnose mechanical and electrical faults using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hands-on testingRepair faults on used cars efficiently and accuratelyComplete MOT failure repairs to ensure vehicles meet required standardsConduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify potential issues before they become larger problemsMaintain a safe, clean, and organised working environmentDeliver high-quality workmanship and support excellent customer service
Qualifications and experience
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systemsProven ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independentlyPrevious experience as an automotive mechanic or technicianMinimum 5 years of mechanic experience requiredFull driving licence required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
