Level 3 Nursery Assistant post full time - 33.75 hours per week, part time - 18.75 hours per week to be available between 7:30am to 6:00pm - x1 all year round, x1 term time only
NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare is essential. Experience with working with children 3 months to 5 years: knowledge of EYFS (early year’s foundation stage) is an advantage; applicant will be responsible for delivering and monitoring of children’s education through planning and profiles.
Employment on receipt of satisfactory references and DBS check.
The applicant will be expected to follow our nursery curriculum and be able to extend on ideas to ensure that children are provided with an environment which enables them to experience awe and wonder, demonstrate excellent communication skills to both children and adults and have knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality.
The applicant will need to ensure all individual children's needs are met, including those with SEND/EAL and be able to give support to the parents.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
