Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a People Data Analyst to join our People and Culture team.
As a People Data Analyst, you will analyse and interpret workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support better decision-making across the organisation. You'll lead on workforce analytics, workforce planning insights and performance reporting, transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Working closely with colleagues across People and Culture, you'll help improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience through meaningful insight and evidence-based reporting.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough.

Produce workforce dashboards, reports and insights for managers, executives and boards.

Analyse workforce trends, including turnover, absence, vacancies and skills data.

Deliver workforce planning analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling.

Build and maintain accessible self-service reporting and dashboard solutions.

Present complex data in clear, engaging formats that support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation and efficiency.

Experience using HRIS and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Business Objects.

Strong understanding of workforce metrics and their use in organisational reporting.

Skilled in analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences.

High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Confident influencing stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.
