Morgan and Bond Ltd. are seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for social housing projects based in Birmingham. We are looking for candidates with substantial experience working in voids and occupied responsive repairs on social housing properties all aspects of works required.
Rates will depend on skill level , Price work will be issused.
Requirements:
- A valid CSCS card is essential.
- An up-to-date Asbestos Awareness certificate (can be provided if needed).
- A current Manual Handling certificate (can be provided if needed).
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
Candidates must be proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and tiling plaster patching .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £130.00-£200.00 per day
