Himalayan Kitchen is looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Order Packer to join our team. This role involves both packing customer orders accurately, as well as delivering food to customers within a 5-mile radius of DE7 8HP.
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual, and able to work efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Packing and checking customer orders accurately before delivery
- Delivering food orders safely and on time
- Assisting with basic shop duties when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
Typical Working Hours:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 PM – 9:00PM
(Flexible hours available)
Contract:
- Fixed 12 hours per week
- Payroll position
Requirements:
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record
- Good English speaking and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
