We are looking for Night Care Assistant to join our team, providing quality care to our residents. Hours for night shifts 20.45pm-7.30am 3 nights a week including weekend work on a rota system.
We are looking for Day Care Assistant to join our team, 28 hour post to work over 4 days per week, shifts include a mixture of early and late shifts including weekend work on a rota basis.
We are looking for Bank care assistant to cover day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
- To promote all times, the Principles of Care, that underpin the basis of quality care for all service users
- To undertake personal care and other tasks as agreed between the service user and the company. This includes physical, emotional, practical, and social needs
- To ensure that workload priorities are met by following the set care plan assessment & risk assessment
- To make beds, tidy rooms and carry out light cleaning around the care home
- To communicate to the Manager or other appropriate person any information relevant to the changing needs of the service users being cared for
- To contribute to the monitoring of peoples needs and determining how their needs can be met
- To complete, monitor and keep all electronic records relating to the service users being cared for
- Ensure infection control standards are maintained at all time
- To attend other duties as may be required from time to time
- To attend a range of meetings/ reviews/ supervisions
- To ensure a safe and hygienic working practice environment
- To undertake all responsibilities according to the policies and procedures of the company
- To complete all mandatory e-learning
- To attend any training sessions as required to support you in your role
- To respect the confidential and sensitive nature of the work
- To work with other members of staff as part of a team
Skills
- Previous experience working in a care home
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them diligently.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and updating client information securely.
- Excellent communication skills with a caring approach towards clients and colleagues.

Pay: £12.71-£13.10 per hour
