Void Property Cleaners (Social Housing) – Self-Employed
Location: South London (Bromley, Lewisham, Kingston and surrounding areas)
Lexa Building Services Ltd is looking for reliable self-employed cleaners, preferably a small team (2–3 people), to carry out cleaning of social housing void properties.
This is ongoing work for the right people.
Duties include:
- Full deep cleaning of empty properties before new tenants move in
- Kitchens, bathrooms and all living areas
- Internal windows and doors
- Floors, skirting boards and woodwork
- Removing dust, dirt and light building residue
- Ensuring properties are left to a high standard ready for handover
Requirements:
- Previous experience in void, end-of-tenancy or deep cleaning preferred.
- Self-employed individual or small cleaning business.
- Able to travel to properties across South London.
- Reliable, hardworking and take pride in your work.
We are particularly interested in small cleaning businesses or teams of 2–3 people who already have their own equipment and are used to working independently.
