The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our Body Shop team in Burnt Mills. The successful candidate will be highly skilled, efficient and committed to delivering work to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring repairs are completed right first time. You will be a reliable team player who is also capable of managing your own workload and working independently to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of vehicle paint and Smart Repair work using the appropriate techniques and equipment across all makes and models.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle preparation, paint spraying and finishing to an extremely high standard.
- Complete all types of Smart Repair work using appropriate repair methods.
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Manage your own workload and prioritise jobs effectively.
- Work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment within the Paint Repair Area.
- Work effectively as part of a busy Body Shop team.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety standards.
The Successful Candidate
Candidates must:
- Have proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Paint Spraying.
- Have excellent vehicle preparation and painting skills.
- Have your own spray guns and air-fed mask.
- Be able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Be reliable, hardworking and professional.
- Be able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Take responsibility for cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
