Maintenance Person / Handyman
We are a friendly and supportive care home group seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person / Handyman to help maintain our residential care homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, working independently, and making a visible difference each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance
- Complete light repairs and routine upkeep
- Carry out painting and decorating work
- Identify and report any larger repair issues
- Ensure all maintenance is carried out to a high standard, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for residents
Requirements:
- Good general repair and maintenance skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Competent with basic hand tools and minor repairs
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
