The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support our sales team while taking ownership of key operational processes including tenders, compliance, and CRM management.
This is a varied and important role that sits at the centre of our commercial activity — connecting sales, service, and support functions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Operations & Customer Support
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries
- Processing sales orders and supporting the sales pipeline
- Preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised records
Tenders, Bids & Submissions
- Coordinating tender submissions from initial review through to deadline
- Monitoring tender portals daily and identifying opportunities
- Gathering and compiling technical, commercial, and compliance information
- Ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and on time
Compliance & Accreditations
- Owning the tracking and renewal of company accreditations
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date compliance documentation
- Supporting internal audits and information requests
CRM & Data Management
- Managing and maintaining our CRM system (HubSpot experience desirable)
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Supporting improvements to CRM usage and reporting
- Assisting with sales reporting and pipeline visibility
General Commercial Support
- Supporting coordination across sales, service, and support teams
- Creating clear and professional internal and external documents
- Liaising with external partners including marketing providers
About You
You’ll likely have experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Sales administration or sales operations
- Tender or bid coordination
- Compliance or accreditations management
- CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
You will also be:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working across different teams and priorities
- A clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Proactive, dependable, and keen to improve how things work
