We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team in managing the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and organising inventory, as well as ensuring the efficient flow of products within the warehouse and despatching the daily orders.
This role includes but is not limited too:
- Utilise transportation management systems to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate stacker forklift to move and stack goods within the warehouse
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes
- Collaborate with administration staff to ensure daily orders are packed and despatched accordingly
- Management, ensuring stock levels are kept at the required level
- Manage and recording incoming shipments and receiving activities efficiently
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a must
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment
- Keeping a tidy warehouse and clean working environment is essential
- Some manual lifting is required when receiving and despatching goods
- Knowledge of logistics operations, including shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement practices within a warehouse setting
- Stock Management Knowledge
