Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA to oversee and monitor product throughout the day to ensure customer specifications are adhered to. This entails a series of checks on the product from the raw materials through to the packaged finished product.
Duties
- To carry out Quality checks (including CCP) as documented to OSI procedures
- Monitoring of plant hygiene throughout the shift
- Cleaning of quality equipment as per procedures.
- To complete all compliance checks and input onto computer
- Communication of problems to the relevant department.
- Calibration of equipment.
- Reporting of all incidents, e.g. contamination.
- GMP and PPE audits.
- Carry out traceabilities.
- Issue corrective actions and concessions.
- Use SAP to hold and release product
- Assist new colleagues to integrate into the role and the business.
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures including Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven role experience, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with basic organisational software tools.
- Good time management skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Pay: £13.79 per hour
