About Us
Yotspot is one of the world's leading job boards for the superyacht industry, connecting employers and crew across more than 100 countries.
As a growing international business with customers worldwide, we are now operating across multiple VAT jurisdictions and working with specialist tax advisors in a number of territories.
The Role
We are looking for a Finance & Indirect Tax Coordinator to take responsibility for day-to-day finance administration and the coordination of our international indirect tax obligations.
The role will work closely with the Directors, external accountants and specialist tax advisers, ensuring financial processes are accurate, well managed and compliant across the jurisdictions in which we operate.
This position would particularly suit someone currently working within an accountancy practice, VAT consultancy or indirect tax advisory environment who is looking to move into industry. Rather than managing a portfolio of clients, you will become the internal point of contact for finance and indirect tax matters within a growing business, with the opportunity to take ownership of processes and develop them as the company continues to scale.
You will not be expected to have detailed knowledge of every jurisdiction from day one. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in finance and/or indirect tax, excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with external specialists to ensure requirements are managed correctly and on time.
This role is advertised as full time, however we are open to discussions on reduced hours for the right candidate.
