SureCare Glasgow is looking for enthusiastic Social Support Workers to join our growing team.
What will you be doing?
* Providing companionship and social support
* Supporting people to get out into the community
* Going for walks and visiting cafés and local shops
* Supporting with shopping and everyday activities
* Light household duties, such as tidying and washing dishes
* Encouraging confidence, independence and wellbeing
* Personal care may be required, depending on the person’s individual needs
Previous care experience is desirable but NOT essential — what matters most is that you are caring, patient and reliable.
Flexible part-time and full-time hours available
Driver preferred – a full UK driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial, as some community support may require travel.
