Our Bar & Restaurant is looking for friendly and competent Chef to make sure the food looks and tastes fantastic. Since the quality of our food is crucial to success, the ideal candidate should possess clear patience and attentiveness. You should be adept at working in fast-paced, unpredictable environments. You must be able to think on your feet and work well with the entire staff, from the Front of house to the bar. The successful applicant will be able to output high quality, fresh food, including homemade pizzas, tapas and sandwiches, keeping to a high standard at all times.
The job role will include assisting the senior chef on duty with day to day prep and service of food throughout the week. duties may include:
- Food Preparation
- Lunch & Evening Service
- Cleaning & Maintaining good hygiene in the kitchen
- Assisting with Pot Wash Throughout the Day
Preferred but not required (Completed or Ongoing)
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Level 2 Professional Cookery
