Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are kept tidy, organised, and welcoming for guests.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to provide guests with a complete experience.
- Follow established health and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties and organising linens and towels efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all rooms are prepared promptly for new arrivals or checkouts.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively throughout your shift.
