DegreeSix is a SEND-specialist agency recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in schools and Alternative Provisions (AP) across Birmingham from September 2026.

The Role:
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties
- Delivering 1:1 support and working with small groups of pupils
- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional regulation
- Assisting teachers in creating an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with pupils to help them develop confidence and independence
What we're looking for:
- Have previous experience supporting children or young people within a school, SEND, or education setting
- Are confident supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, and additional learning needs
- Are reliable, resilient, patient, and proactive
- Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every child succeed
- Holds a valid DBS on the update service – desirable but not essential
