About the Role
ICS (UK) Ltd is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-focused Mandarin-Speaking Telesales Advisor to join our team in Bradford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with our Chinese-speaking customers, taking catering orders over the telephone, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with customers.
Fluent Mandarin Chinese is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with Chinese-speaking customers.
Communicate confidently and professionally in Mandarin Chinese.
Take customer catering orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend suitable products and promote new products, offers and services.
Identify sales opportunities and work towards agreed sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with customers regarding previous orders, enquiries and potential sales.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries professionally.
Accurately enter customer orders and information into the company system.
Liaise with the catering, sales and delivery teams to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Requirements
Fluent Mandarin Chinese – essential.
Previous telesales, sales, telephone-based customer service or catering experience is desirable.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Confident and friendly telephone manner.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven, motivated and enthusiastic.
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Candidates must be available to work these hours on a regular basis.
