Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers of all backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy sales environment
