What You’ll Be Doing?
- Act as the first point of contact for all company leads — both inbound and outbound
- Handle client calls and promptly book appointments with the advisory team
- Use mortgage research tools to assess lead viability before booking
- Oversee the online lead booking system and produce actionable management data on lead sources and volumes
- Conduct effective screening to identify high-potential enquiries
- Proactively drive improvements in lead booking conversion rates
- Coordinate adviser diaries to support appointment targets and workflow efficiency
- Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and prospective clients
