About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to help customers with their holiday bookings. This varied role includes front-of-house duties, inbound sales, and administrative tasks that ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with bookings via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Handle booking-related administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Provide customers with information and advice to enhance their holiday experience.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations.
- Occasionally assist with tasks related to our boats and cottages, ensuring customers feel confident and well-informed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a warm and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Sage is a bonus.
- Enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
- Has an interest in the Broads National Park; boating knowledge is a bonus but not essential (we can teach you!).

Working Hours:
- Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (5 days, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., including Saturdays).
- Minimal leave during the school summer holidays, as this is our peak season.
