Front of House Team Member
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our busy restaurant team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment and be confident delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. You'll be friendly, reliable, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver smooth service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Handling payments and operating the till system.
What We're Looking For
- Previous front of house experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- A positive attitude and strong team player.
