The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Fleet Operative to support the day-to-day running of our van centre. This is a varied role that plays an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
The successful candidate will provide support across all areas of the van centre, helping the team maintain high standards of presentation, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
Providing excellent customer service to both retail and trade customers.
Supporting the sales and operations teams with day-to-day tasks.
Ensuring vehicles are displayed and presented professionally.
Assisting with vehicle movements around the site.
Preparing and cleaning vans to a high standard.
Keeping the site clean, tidy, and organised.
Assisting with vehicle deliveries and collections when required.
Carrying out general administrative and operational duties as needed.
Working alongside colleagues to ensure the efficient running of the business.
What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- D1 entitlement on your driving licence would be a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to work a flexible rota, including weekends, to support a seven-day operation.
Previous experience in the motor trade or vehicle preparation would be advantageous but is not essential.
