We are seeking high-performing Mortgage & Protection Advisers with proven success in complex cases and protection sales to join our business on an employed or self-employed basis.

Essential Requirements
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a successful mortgage adviser
- Demonstrable success handling complex cases (adverse credit, self-employed, unusual income, etc.)
- Strong track record of protection sales alongside mortgages
- Ethical, client-first approach to advice
- Ability to generate and write significant volumes of business
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
