Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Offer ongoing support and follow-up consultations to monitor client progress and adapt care strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to identify relationship strengths and areas for improvement, providing practical advice and coping strategies.
- Stay informed about current best practices in relationship counselling and utilise IT tools effectively to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in counselling, psychology, social work or related fields; specialised training in relationship or couples therapy is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen empathetically and convey advice clearly in a virtual setting.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including video conferencing software, electronic health records, and other digital tools used for remote counselling.
- Ability to create customised care plans that address individual client needs while adhering to professional standards.
- A recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy recognised within the UK.
