Junior Account Executive

At Smollan UK, we're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our Branded Events & Retail Sampling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, communication, and coordinating multiple tasks while supporting the delivery of exciting campaigns for major brands.
You don't need direct experience in marketing or events - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. This is a developmental opportunity designed to help you build a successful career in client services, account management, events, or experiential marketing.
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £23,500 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
Working: Monday to Friday, 35hrs/week (occasional evening/weekend work may be needed for certain events)
Location: Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5TP
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of retail sampling and branded events campaigns, ensuring all campaign administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Account Manager and Senior Account Executives across the entire campaign lifecycle, from the initial briefing to the concluding reports
Convert client requirements into precise and actionable field team briefs, ensuring in-store sampling teams are fully equipped for success
Oversee core administrative functions, such as managing campaign documentation, and reporting on deliveries
Validate activity reports and campaign photography to confirm that all activations meet established brand standards
Create professional post-campaign summaries and reports, maintaining a high standard of accuracy for client presentation
Provide logistics and warehouse support, including managing the distribution of sampling stock, event gear, and POS materials
We're interested in potential and transferable skills. You may have gained experience through administration, retail, hospitality, logistics, customer service, university projects, or other fast-paced environments.
