We are looking for a New Motor Claims Handler to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and processing claims, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded. The New Claims Handler must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have an understanding of the motor claims process.
Previous experience in Motor Claims / Motor Insurance Industry is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately setting up new motor claims and setting clear expectations of the service journey with the customer as well as proactively gathering evidence to support the claims.
- Making decisions on the validity of the claims and to decide if hire can be provided.
- Identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims.
- Communicating clearly and effectively to our brokers and customers.
- Provide advice to claimants on their rights and responsibilities.
- Review and analyse relevant documentation and evidence.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims-related activities.
- To discuss and arrange a hire vehicle for the client
- Immediate Start Required.
- This is an office based role Based in Longham West Parley
- working hours for this role are Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
