We’re an independent hospitality group based on Telegraph Road in Heswall, operating three vibrant neighbouring venues:
- Silk Rd – our busy tapas bar
- Voisin – our neighbourhood café and bar
- Vecino – our recently opened Mexican taverna
We’re looking for an experienced restaurant and bar supervisor to support our owner in the day to day operations of our venues.

The Role
As restaurant and bar supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day running of our one of our operations across the group, ensuring excellent service standards, team development, and smooth operational performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing teams on shift
- Maintaining high customer service standards
- Stock control, ordering support.
- On shift management of rotas, staffing, and shift leadership
- Ensuring licensing, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
- Supporting cost control and profitability
- Working closely with senior management on business development and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a bar and restaurant supervisor in a hospitality setting
- knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations is an advantage
- Good knowledge of coffees and using a barista style coffee machine
- Good communication and leadership skills
- A warm, approachable personality with a passion for hospitality
- Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- A warm and friendly personality, ability to give exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (open until 1am on Friday and Saturdays)
