Greek Bazaar Ltd is a fast-growing UK wholesale food distributor, specialising in authentic Greek and Mediterranean products supplied to restaurants, takeaways, cafés, and hospitality businesses across the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and build long-term relationships with food businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new restaurant and hospitality customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Present and promote the Greek Bazaar product range.
* Manage the sales process from first contact through to completed orders.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales (foodservice, wholesale, FMCG, or hospitality preferred).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Existing contacts within the restaurant and hospitality industry are a strong advantage.
* Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
* Full UK driving licence is desirable.
Salary & Commission
* £30,000 annual base salary.
* 8% commission on the gross sales value of the first three paid invoices from every new customer introduced.
* 3% ongoing commission on the gross sales value of all future paid invoices from those customers.
* Commission is calculated on the total gross invoice value (gross sales revenue), not on company profit or gross profit.
* Commission is payable only after the Company has received full payment from the customer.
* Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
