Scrub A Dub Cleaning Club LTD is recruiting a dependable part-time cleaner to join our team across the Spalding and Market Deeping areas.
This is a permanent role for someone who wants consistent part-time work and is comfortable working independently across a mixture of domestic and commercial properties.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out scheduled cleaning visits including:
- Domestic homes
- Offices and commercial premises
- Salons
- Holiday accommodation
Most shifts take place during the morning and daytime.
Typical working hours include:
- Starts from 6:30am
- Usually finishing between 12pm and 2pm
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 12–18 hours per week initially
- Potential for further hours as the role develops
Jobs are located around the Spalding and Market Deeping areas, so your own vehicle is essential.
What We Need From You
We are looking for someone who can be trusted to work independently and consistently represent our business to a high standard.
You will need to:
- Turn up reliably and on time
- Communicate if something does not go to plan
- Work independently without constant supervision
- Notice what needs doing and check your own work
- Follow client notes and company cleaning standards
- Accept feedback and apply it
- Maintain a good working pace throughout the shift
- Be comfortable with the physical nature of cleaning
- Have your own car and driving licence
Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable, although we will consider applicants from other physically active roles who can demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process
