Mon Motors are seeking a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Team at Bristol Audi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of vehicles who thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our workshop receives the correct vehicle parts quickly and accurately, while maintaining high standards of administration and stock control
Key Responsibilities
- Working within our busy parts department, sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for retail customers and workshop vehicles
- Selling a range of genuine accessories
- Looking up and ordering parts from our electronic parts system
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Receiving parts into stock
- Handling data and documents
- Continuing to keep up to date with latest product knowledge
- Ensure you are up to date with all processing and administration
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- IT literate and have experience of working in an environment using system and processes
- Previous VAG experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience using Kerridge would be an advantage
- A team player used to building effective working relationships.
- Organised and have a good attention to detail
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Have good communication skills
