JOB PURPOSE: This role requires confidence in managing complex needs, and supporting mental health conditions for residents between the ages of 18 and 65 with their daily routines.
Helping to encourage and engage residents to participate in daily activities, assisting with shopping trips, appointments, personal care etc..
Monitoring and supervising residents, and documenting care plans to ensure their safety within the unit.
Ideal candidates must have good interpersonal skills, and a caring nature.
Ideally hold a NVQ Level 2 in social care but not essential as training will be available.
Willing to undertake in-person and online training as required.
