Client Care Assistant– City Vets Belfast

City Vets is a busy, friendly, first‑opinion clinic in Belfast. We look after pets, but we also look after the people who love them. Our Customer Care Assistants are the heartbeat of the place, the person who keeps the show on the roadd.
What you’ll actually be doing
This isn’t a “sit at reception and type” role. It’s a full client‑journey role, and you’ll be right in the middle of it.
- Welcoming clients warmly
- Working closely with nurses and vets
- Keeping the front of house spotless
- Managing phones, emails, payments, and bookings
- Working closely with nurses and vets
- Supporting people in emotional moments
- Staying calm when tensions are high
Hours & Pay
- Around 30 hours per week
- £13.50 per hour
- Rota-based shifts
- Shared Saturday morning routine
- Shared Bank Holidays
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is:
- Naturally warm, grounded, and people‑savvy
- Able to handle emotional situations with empathy and respect
- Organised, accurate, and unflappable
- Proud of keeping front‑of‑house looking sharp
- Confident with computers and admin
- A team player who genuinely likes helping people
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
