THE JOB DETAILS
We are looking for someone who is confident to be responsible for the supervision of the staff on a day to day basis and able to help deliver high quality early years care. You will need to be able to lead a team as well as being able to make decisions and work independently.
To work as part of and supervise on a day to day basis, a team of early learning and childcare practitioners, in delivering a high quality child centred service which supports the needs of children and families and enables each child to achieve their potential within a caring, safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
experience of leading a busy playroom and mix of staff tea, hold level 9 or willing to work towards it.
