Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Manchester, working with recognisable brands through face-to-face customer acquisition. Their team works across a mix of Business-to-Business (B2B), Residential and Event campaigns, offering plenty of variety and the chance to engage with customers in different environments.
As their Manchester team continues to grow, they are looking for motivated individuals to join them as Sales Assistants on a long-term basis, with ongoing coaching, support and opportunities to develop your skills along the way.
Who We’re Looking For
No previous sales experience is required. This opportunity could suit confident, people-focused individuals from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, front of house or other customer-facing roles.
- Availability: Full-time equivalent availability is required Monday to Friday
- Location: You must be able to commute to Manchester each working day for morning meetings, training and campaign preparation
- Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Attitude: Positive, proactive and comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
- Commitment: Looking for a long-term, full-time equivalent opportunity rather than temporary or part-time work

The Role at a Glance:
- Daily Meetings & Development: Attend morning meetings in Manchester for campaign updates, coaching, goal setting and preparation
- Residential Campaigns: Speak with customers face-to-face within residential areas, explaining client offerings and supporting them through the sign-up process
- Customer Acquisition: Build rapport, answer questions and support customers through the full sales process
- Brand Representation: Represent client brands professionally while delivering a positive customer experience across each campaign

Please Note:
This is a subcontracted opportunity and earnings are generated through uncapped commission and performance incentives. You will be responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
